The Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) is a science-based practice of observing and charting your body's natural fertility signs, including basal body temperature, cervical fluid, and cycle length. I teach the sympto-thermal method, which is one of the most well-researched and reliable approaches.
The Conception Charting Program is $997 and includes an initial intake session, 2 learning sessions, and 3 to 5 chart reviews over 3 to 4 cycles. The Extended Charting Program is $1,497 and includes 6 to 10 chart reviews over 5 to 6 cycles. Payment plans are available for both. Single chart reviews for returning clients are $175. Yes. When practiced correctly, Fertility Awareness Methods can be a highly effective, hormone-free form of contraception. Effectiveness depends on learning to accurately identify your fertile window, charting consistently, and choosing a clear plan for fertile days.
I offer superbills for reimbursement with most major providers, in addition to working directly with Health Net, Kaiser, and Medi-Cal insurance for doula services.
No. Many clients continue using an app for recording data. But through our work together, you will learn to interpret your own signs directly rather than relying on an app's predictions. The skill lives in you, not the technology.
